1 lb. ground sirloin1 pkg flour tortillas (10)1 can enchelada sauce1 jar chicken gravy3 lbs. shredded cheddar cheese1 burrito dry mix - can use taco mix
Fry ground beef, do not drain. Add burrito mix and refried beans, stir until blended. Take large lasagna pan and place 6 tortillas around pan overlapping on the edge (to fold over later). While meat is cooking, take the jar of gravy and mix with the enchilada sauce in a separate pan. Heat to mix and warm. Pour meat mixture into pan, add 1 lb. of cheese on top. Fold over the tortillas to "wrap" the meat mixture. Then place the last 2 tortillas on top to totally cover the meat. Take the sauce and pour over the whole burrito making sure all the tortillas are covered. put in 350 oven for 35 minutes. Remove from oven, place the remaining 2lbs. of cheese on top and set until melted. Makes 10 1-cup servings.
