Spanish Brown Rice

Ingredients
2 Cups Brown Minute Rice2 Cups Water1 Cup Salsa10 oz. Frozen corn1 lb. ground turkey
Directions
Cook the ground turkey in a skillet. When done, set aside in a bowl. Mix salsa, water, and corn in the skillet, bring to a boil. Add rice, turn heat down to low and simmer covered for 5 min. Stir in the turkey, simmer for another 5 min uncovered. Serve with some reduced fat cheese sprinkled on top. Serves 4

(could be made healthier by using leaner turkey)
