Roasted Shrimp Primavera

Ingredients
* *3 pepper blend (red/yellow/green) 1 1/2 cup * *(V) Squash, Yellow, raw, 1 cup * *(V) Squash, Zucchini, raw, .5 cup * *mushrooms raw, 8 oz * *Broccoli (TJ broccoli florets), 2 cup * *Kroger Easy Peel Raw White Shrimp 31-40 shrimp per bag, 32 oz * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * *Flour, white, .5 cup * Half and Half Cream, 2 cup * Garlic, 1 clove * *Angel Hair Pasta (uncooked), 8 oz * Butter, salted, 4 tbsp
Directions
Toss the chopped vegetables and shrimp with olive oil. Season to taste. Roast at 450 for 20 - 25 minutes. Meanwhile, boil water for the pasta. In a large saucepan, melt butter. Saute garlic, but do not brown. Add flour and stir. When bubbly, remove from heat and slowly add half and half. Season to taste with salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, oregano, etc. Add sauce to drained, cooked pasta and toss to coat. Add roasted veggies and toss or serve on top or the side.
