Marilyn's Cinnamon Almond Granola

Ingredients
4 1/2 cups Quaker Large Flake Oats1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds1 cup almond slices1/4 cup ground flax seeds1/4 cup hemp hearts1 Tbsp. cinnamon1/3 olive oil1/3 cup maple syrup1/3 cup agave necter1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix liquid ingredients in a cup or small bowl and warm in microwave for 30 seconds to a minute (optional to mix ingredients together).
Add liquids to dry ingredients and stir.
Pour onto 2 large cookie sheets and bake for approx. 20 minutes - checking and stirring every 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
Makes 15 to 16 servings approx 1/2 cup each
