Gluten Free Chicken Fingers with Bisquick

Ingredients
Mix Bisquick and desired seasonings. I use a barbecue rub. Chunk or strip chicken to desired sizes (I do 2" cubes). Roll chicken in beaten egg. Coat with Bisquick mixture. Place chicken on greased cookie sheet and bake at 450 for 10 minutes, flip over chicken pieces and bake another 5.
