Slow Cooker Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic

Ingredients
3 lbs chicken breasts, split. Fat trimmed4 stalks celery, chunked2 medium onions, chunked40 cloves garlic, peeled (bottle is fine)1 teaspoon each dried parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, herbs de provance1 teaspoon kosher salt1/2 teaspoon black cracked pepper
Directions
Place celery and onion in bottom of crock. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle with herbs, salt, and pepper. Put garlic on top. Close crock and heat LOW 8-10 hours, or HIGH for 4-6 hours.

3 lbs split chicken was 5 pieces. Will vary.
