Ingredients
* Chicken Drumstick, 6 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 large (remove) * *Red Wine Vinager, 3 tbsp (remove) * Poultry seasoning, 2 tbsp (remove) * *Chick Peas, 1.5 cup (remove) * Olive Oil, .125 cup (remove) * Salt, 1 dash (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
Directions
Chop Onions
Mix all ingredients except drumstick in a ziplock bag

Trim excess fat from Drumstick

Add Drumsticks to Ziplock bag and marinate for 2 hrs or overnight in refrigerator.

Place ingredients in slow cook crockpot on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Chicken Juices should run clear

ALTERNATE COOKING METHOD
Heat Dutch oven with Olive oil. Brown all sides of chicken add the remainder of the marinade. Stew on medium heat until Chicken is cooked through. Add 1/4 cup chicken broth to keep moist and from burning.
