Sauteed Mango Shrimp

Ingredients
Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz Lemon Juice, .5 lemon yields White Wine, 1 fl oz ground black pepper, 1 tsp Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp Paprika, 1 tbspOnion, raw (sliced), .25 cup Pickapeppa Spicy Mango Sauce (2 Tbsp),
Directions
Coat large skillet with vegatable oil over medium heat.
Add shrimp. Saute 1 min.
Add rest of ingredients and stir to blend.
Saute until shrimp are bright pink and cooked, about 3 min. Makes about 3 oz per serving.
