Roasting Chicken, 1 chicken, bone and skin removed, boiled - strip meat from bonesCheddar Cheese, Med, Tillamook, 0.5 oz, 8 oz, grated*Green Chile Enchilada Sauce - Las Palmas - 1/4 cup, 13 serving (Whole can)*Taco Bell Fat Free Refried Beans, 1.75 cup *Lindsay Large Black Olives, 11 servings*Calidad Brand Flour Tortillas, 8 servings of 120 cal/3g fat
Boil chicken for approximately 1 - 1.25 hours
Strip meat from bones
Grate Cheese
Spray 13x9x2 w/Pam
Take a tortilla, spread with 1/4 C beans, add approx 3 oz chicken and some cheese, roll up and place in pan. Once they are all filled pour green sauce over, add remainder of cheese and some olives and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
