baked egg dish

Ingredients
8 eggs, 2 c milk, 1.5 c cheddar cheese shredded,3 bread slices, 1/2 small can mushrooms, 2 green onion chives, bacon bits/crumbled bacon approx 3 strips, ham diced approx 0.5 c
Directions
beat eggs and milk together. add bread slices and cheese and mix together. Pour mixture into a sprayed 13x9 pan or divide between 2 small pans.** add remaining ingredients to desired amount. let set in fridge uncovered 3 hrs minimum or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. slice into 9/18 even pieces depending upon pan size.
