Roasted Broccoli with Sesame Oil

1 lb. (approx. 5 cups) fresh broccoli, cut into same-size pieces1 1/2 T. olive oil1 T. soy sauce1 t. sesame oil
Preheat oven to 450 F.
In large bowl, whisk olive oil, soy sauce, and sesame oil together until emulsified. Toss broccoli with oil mixture until well coated.
Arrange coated broccoli in single layer on baking sheet and roast 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, stir and continue roasting 5 minutes more, or until broccoli is tender-crisp and slightly browned on the edges.
