Fresh Tomato Pie

Ingredients
Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1- 9" crust Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 large whole (3" dia) Salt, 1 tsp Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1 cupScallions, raw, 8 medium Basil, 10 leaves (
Directions
Peel and cut tomatoes in 1/4-inch slices. Place tomatoes in a colander, and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt. Set aside to drain.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, combine cheeses and mayonnaise.

Place drained tomatoes in baked pie shell. Sprinkle evenly with green onions and basil. Spread mayonnaise mixture over the top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until cheeses are lightly browned. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
