2 cups all-purpose flour1/3 cup splenda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 cup non fat milk2 tbs canola oil1/4 cup egg beater1 cup blueberries
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. coat a non stick 12 muffin pan with cooking spray or paper cups.
In a large bowl, stir flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together. In a small bowl combine milk, canola oil and egg.
make a well in the center of the dry ingredients adn add milk, oil and egg mixture. stir until just moist, fold in blueberries. fill muffin cups 2/3 full. bake for 18-20 min.
