Cabbage and Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
1/2 head cabbage, shredded1/2 onion, thinly sliced1 14 1/2 oz. can tomato pieces1 fresh hot chilli pepper, if you like it hot1 turkey sausage per person, pre-cooked2 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
In a large skillet with cover, heat 2 Tbs. oil over medium high heat. Add cabbage, onion, garlic and hot chili peper and saute, stiring, until cabbage is wilted. Add the tomato pieces and stir, heat until it boils. Place sausage on top and cover. Turn to medium low and cook for 20 minutes until heated through. Serve with French bread.
