Ingredients
~LOW CALORIE MAYONNAISE~6 oz yogurt, plain, fat free1/4 tsp cider vinegar1/8 tsp yellow mustard (for flavour and colour)1 dash Hot Pepper Sauce (for flavour and colour)1 dash white pepper1 dash paprika1 dash salt~AĻOLI~1 cup Low Calorie Mayonnaise2 tbsp chives, finely chopped2 cloves garlic, minced2 tsp lime juice, freshSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
~LOW CALORIE MAYONNAISE~
Mix all ingredients together and blend well. Adjust to suit taste.

~AĻOLI~
Whisk mayonnaise with chives, garlic, lime juice and chipotle chili powder or chipotle hot sauce to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
Chill until ready to serve.
