Shrimp and Spinach Saute

Ingredients
* Shrimp, raw, 8 large (remove)Sweet Red Pepper, 1/2 cup thinly slicedOnion, 1/2 cup thinly slicedRed Pepper Flakes, 1/2 tsp Garlic, 1 clove mincedBlack Pepper, 1/2 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tspSpinach, fresh 10 oz
Directions
Heat medium size pan on high, add olive oil, peppers, onions and spices. Saute for 1-2min until starts to soften, add shrimp and saute additional 2-3 min until almost pink. Add garlic and spinach and saute until shrimp cooked and spinach almost totally wilted.
