Cheesy Potato Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
6 cups water2 cups shredded potato16 oz. frozen corn2 cups chopped mushrooms4 tsp chicken bouillion powder1 cup non fat milk2 can low fat cream of mushroom soup1lb. 2% velveeta, cubed
Directions
Boil 6 cups water. Add potatos, frozen corn, mushrooms, and bouillon powder. Return to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
Add milk, cream of mushroom soup, and velveeta. Cook and stir for about 10-15 minutes or until all melted.
Makes about 10 2-cup servings.
