Sauteed Kale & Sesame

Ingredients
1 bunch of fresh Kale (3-4 Cups)1 minced Garlic Clove (or to taste)1/2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oila dash of Bragg's Liquid Aminosa dash of Italian Seasoning or fresh herbs 1 tsb of Vegetable Bouillon mixed in 1/4 C water or 1/4C vegetable broth)
Directions
makes 3 -1 Cup Servings

Prep:
mix Bouillon and Bragg's in 1/4 C water.
wash Kale and rip 1-2" pieces off stock...think bite-sized. don't use the main stock, it can taste bitter.

Cooking:
Add sesame oil to a med frying pan on med heat.
Add garlic and lightly cook.
Add kale and herbs. Cook for a minute.
Add the vegetable stock and cover with lid.
Cook until Kale turns bright. Do NOT overcook...keep it lightly steamed, not turned to mush.

Remove from heat. Serve warm as a side dish or cold as a kale salad. Enjoy!!!
