green beans & potatoes

Ingredients
6 portions red potatoes2 lbs. green beans3/4 cup skim milk2 Tbs. Butter Buds
Directions
1. Cut stems off green beans & place in saucepan w/1 inch of water. Heat to boiling; reduce heat & simmer, uncovered, for 6-8 minutes or until crisp tender - drain
2. Boil potatoes until tender.
3. Drain potatoes & return to pan. Mash while adding skim milk. Add butter Buds...mash until light & fluffy.
