Deep-dish Pizza with Flax Meal Crust

Pizza Crust:--------------------------------------------2 cups white Flour1 cup Flax Meal1 package Yeast1 cup water2 Tbsp Olive Oil1/4 tsp saltPizza Toppings-----------------------1 lb Lean Ground Beef1 Medium Onion, chopped1 Green pepper, chopped (optional)1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms (or 1/2 cup fresh)6 cloves Garlic, minced1 (6 oz) small can Tomato Sauce1/2 (6 oz) small can Tomato Paste (3 oz total)1 Tbsp dried Oregano1 Tbsp dried Basil1 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp Onion powderSalt and Pepper to taste1 cup Shredded Mozzerella cheese
Prepare pizza dough first by mixing 1 cup of the white flour with all of the other pizza crust ingredients. Only add enough of the remaining 1 cup of white flour until the dough is not sticky and can be easily spread into a 14" deep dish pizza pan. Set aside pizza pan and prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Brown the hamburger meat with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, some of the oregano and some of the basil. In a separate bowl, mix the tomato sauce, tomato paste, minced garlic, remaining oregano and the remaining basil.
Spread the tomato sauce mixture on to the pizza crust.
Sprinkle the chopped onions, green peppers (optional) and mushrooms on to the tomato sauce mixture. Sprinkle the hamburger on top of everything else.
Last, add the mozzerella cheese and sprinkle some oregano on top of that.
Place in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is slightly browned. Serve wihle hot.
