Jenz berry protein shake

1 cup skim milk1 cup Dole frozen mixed berries w/pomagranate (bought at Sams Club)1 scoop EAS 100% whey protein powder
Directions
Throw all ingredients in blender and blend until fruit no longer chunky. (I use The Bullet).
Makes 1 - 16 oz. serving.
