Mock Atkins Shake

Ingredients
1.25 C. unsweetened vanilla almond milk1/4 t. guar gum1/2 t. xanthan gum24 g. / 1 ice cube of frozen half and half cream13 g. whey protein isolate (w/ zero carb)1.5 T organic raw cacao powder9 drops stevia1.5 packets Truvia7 ice cubes
Directions
Put everything into vita mix and blend. I like to divide the shake between one tall glass to drink icy cold, and let the remainder drip into a coffee mug. After I drink my shake, I heat the contents of the coffee mug and pour my coffee on top for a mocha.
