No Yeast! Whole Wheat Thin Crust Pizza Dough

Ingredients
2/3 cup of plain yogurt1 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well, roll out into two thin pizza crusts. Use the toppings and sauce of your choice. Bake at 500 degrees on a pizza stone (or pizza pan) for 12 minutes

    Not exactly like "real" pizza crust, but as I am yeast-bread impaired and cannot ever get stuff to rise, I'll do it again! Had to use a whole cup of yogurt, though, to get it all moistened. Kids liked it. - 1/20/13
