Skin On Garlic Red Potatos

Ingredients
1 lb Red Potatos, Cubbed3/4 c 2% or lower milk3 Tb Unsalted Butter2 cloves Grlic, Finely dicedSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Boil potatos until fork tender. About 10- 15 min.
2. Add Milk, Butter, Garlic, Salt and Pepper to a small sauce pan and simmer on low heat while potatoes are boiling.
3. Drain potatos and mash with a potato masher or hand mixer.
4. Add Milk mixture to the potatos and fold until liquid is distributed evenly.
