Brocolli & cheese soup

Ingredients
4 to 5 c. cubed potatoes, 2 c carrots, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 c celery, 2 1/2 c water, 1 c. onion, 10 oz pky broccoliwhite sauce: 1 cube butter, 6 chicken boulion cubes, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp dry mustard, 1 lb velvetta, 2 c milk, 1/4 c. flour mix untill smooth
Directions
makes 10 servings boil vegtables for 7 mins. make white sauce and mix white sauce with vegtables Simmer 10 mins
