Ingredients
1 Jar (15 or 16 oz) of Your Favorite Picante Sauce2-3 Whole Avacados (peeled & seed removed)2-3 Dashes of Garlic Powder1 Squirt of Lemon Juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree/liquify until complete and add a good low sodium/low fat tortilla chip.

Be careful when buying your chips....read all of the nutrition facts, because the "Healthy" choices aren't always the healthies.
