2 C flour2 T sugar1 T baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 C Butter3/4 C milk
Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Stir in milk. Form into ball and place on floured mat. Let rest for a few mins. Roll out to 1/2 in thickness. Cut with round biscuit cutter. Bake at 450 for 12 mins. Makes 12 biscuits
