5 medium eggs, well beaten1 pkg extra lean ham chopped4 green onions chopped1 tomato chopped3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
cook eggs in omelette pan, flip and add fillings, fold over, cover for couple minutes to melt cheese. divide and serve with whole grain toast.
