Thai Style Salmon

Ingredients
2 X Salmon Steaks/Fillets1 X tsp of Crushed Garlic1X Chilli, chopped (remove the seeds if you don't like too much heat)1 X tsp of Crushed GringerThe juice from a limeAnd if you can find it, fresh Corriander, as much as you like chopped finely.
Directions
Combine the Garlic, Ginger, Chilli, Lime Juice and Corriander into a bowl and mix and crush together. Coat the salmon steaks in this mixture and grill till the salmon is cooked on both sides but still moist on the inside. this doesn't take long, so you have to watch it. I usually serve with a green salad, using some more lime juice and ginger to make a dressing.
