Turkey breast meat, 16 ounce(s) (remove)Pimentos, .25 cup (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup (remove), yellow may be substitutedWater, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Chicken bouillon, 2 cube (remove)*Skim Milk, 2 cup (remove)Cornstarch, .25 cup (remove), more or less to thickenPepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Margarine, 1/2 cup
Saute onion, bell peppers, mushrooms in margarine. Add cornstarch a little at a time until thick. Slowly add water with chicken bouillon dissolved in it. Stir constantly over low heat. Add milk, seasonings and heat thoroughly. Add cubed turkey and pimentos. Heat thoroughly.
