Chocolate Cake Muffins

Ingredients
1 15 oz can black beans (rinsed and drained)5 eggs1 tbsp vanilla1/4 cup applesauce2 tbsp butter3/4 cup erythritol (Z Sweet)6 tbsp cocoa1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions
Blend all ingredients (Might be watery but end result will be fine)
Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes
Optional : Top each muffin with 3 semi-sweet chocolate chips
Let it cool
Makes 12 chocolate cake muffins

    Sorry, haven't tried anything else in its place. If you blend everything and bake it, you won't taste beany cakes.
