Cream Cheese Brownies

Ingredients
1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 egg1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour pan.
Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour batter into pan.
For the topping, mix together the remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto batter. Cut through batter with knife or metal spatula several times for marbled effect. Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips and chopped nuts, if desired.
Bake until cake springs back when touched lightly in center or when wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.. 25 to 30 minutes.
