Gigi's Kick it Up Cajun Shrimp

Ingredients
1 lb cooked shrimp, tails removed2 Tbsp EVOO2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning (Emeril's Essence) (see recipe in Gigi's Tried and True Favorites Cookbook).5 c shredded parmesan cheese.125 c lemon juice
Directions
Sprinkle both sides of shrimp with cajun seasoning (recipe can be found in Gigi's Tried & True Favorites Cookbook). Heat oil and lemon juice in large frying pan. Add shrimp and saute until thoroughly heated. Toss with parmesan cheese. Serve with your favorite pasta or rice (not included in nutritional calculation). Serves 6.
