Chana Curry

Ingredients
1 teaspoon olive oil1 medium onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced2 teaspoons grated ginger1 tablespoon ground coriander2 teaspoons ground cumin1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper1 teaspoon ground turmeric1 teaspoon garam masala1 8-ounce can tomatoes with juices, chopped small1/2 cup coconut milk1 (15-ounce) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 lime juice
Directions
Heat oil and saute onion, garlic, and ginger for about 5 minutes.
Turn heat down and add coriander, cumin, cayenne, turmeric, cumin seeds, and garam masala.
Let spices aerate the onion mixture then add the tomato paste and add the coconut milk and chickpeas.
Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, then stir in salt and lemon juice.
