Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins (not cake mix kind)

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup oat flour (oatmeal ground in blender)2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt2/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 cup canola oil3/4 cup brown sugar2 eggs, lightly beaten1 cup canned pumpkin1 cup skim milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl combine the flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cocoa and cinnamon.
2. In another bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just moistened.
4. Coat muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray or use cupcake wrappers. Fill each 3/4 full with batter.
5. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
