Easy One-Bowl Cornbread

Ingredients
3/4 cup yellow corn meal1 1/4 cup flour1/3 cup egg whites1/4 cup canola oil2 tsp baking powder1 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp onion powder2 tsp cayenne pepper (more or less, depending on personal taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and lightly grease a 8 or 9 inch round dish or an 8x8 inch square dish.

Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in wet ingredients and combine until completely moistened. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cut into 12 pieces.
