Crockpit Beef & Pea Pods

Ingredients
Round Steak (Cut in thin strips)1 Cup Beef Broth1/4 Cup Soy Sauce1/4 tsp Ginger1 Bunch Scallions or Green Onions2T Cornstarch1/2 C Cold Water4 Cups Sugar Snap Peas in Pod
Directions
Place all but pea pods, cornstarch, & water in crockpot and cook on low for 7 hours (high 4 hours). Add pea pods in the last 30 minutes or so. Before serving, stir in cornstarch mixed with water to thicken. Serve over pasta or rice. Serves 8.
