Baked Beef Stew

Ingredients
stew meat, tapioca, sugar, salt, potatoes, onions, carrots, V8 juice
Directions
Place stew meat in bottom of large casserole or slow cooker. Sprinkle with tapioca, sugar and salt over top. Add as many vegetables as you wish. Pour tomato juice over to cover vegetables. Bake in slow cooker all day or 300 oven for 4 hours
