Baked Fennel

Ingredients
2 fennel bulbs, greens removed, sliced into thin slivers1 T olive oilsalt and pepper to taste2 T grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Spray 8x8 dish in cooking spray. Toss fennel, olive oil, salt and pepper together and place in dish. Bake for about 45 minutes or until somewhat soft. Top with 2 T parmesan cheese and bake for another 5-10 minutes. Serves 4.
