Cook's Tips:
Think Zinc- Pork is a super source of zinc. This mineral helps support a healthy immune system. It also helps with taste and smell as well as tissue growth and repair.
Hint- Keep heat to medium and quickly cook the veggies in the sesame oil to retain the wonderful flavor that the oil provides.

1. IN heavy-duty resealable food storage plastic bag, mix ketchup, sugar, begetable oil, wine, hoisin sauce and garlic. Add Pork, turn to coat marinade. Seal bag; refigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours to marinate.

2. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Place pork on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast uncovered 27 to 29 minutes or until pork has slight blush of pink in center and meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160 degrees F.

3. About 10 minutes before roast is done, in 10 inch skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add pea pods and sesame seed; cook about 2 minutes stirring frequently, until pea pods are crisp-tender. Stir in bell pepper. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until pepper is crisp-tender. Just before serving, drizzle with toasted sesame oil; heat through. Cut pork into slices; divide pork and vegetables among 3 dinner plates.

Makes 3 servings of about 7oz pork and about 2 cups each of vegetables (before cooking)
