Mom's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 jar Prego Spaghetti sauce1 can Hunt;s garlic & herb sauce1 package/cup of mushrooms (sliced)1/2 onion (finely chopped)3-4 garlic cloves (minced)2 zucchinis1 lb (16 oz) of ground porkoregano and Italian seasoning to taste1 Tbsp (or less) of EVOO2-3 sprays of cooking spray
1. Put EVOO in skillet and warm pan. Cook ground pork over medium heat until no longer pink. Add some seasoning to the pork while it is cooking.
2. In non-stick pan, spray some cooking spray and cook mushrooms until soft and lightly brown.
3. Add cooked ground pork and mushrooms to spaghetti sauce in a sauce pan.
4. Cook the sliced zucchini in the same pan the mushrooms were cooked in. When they are lightly browned on both sides, transfer to sauce.
5. Use the same non stick pan to cook onions and minced garlic. Cook till the onions are soft. Transfer to sauce pan.
6. Add more oregano and Italian seasoning and heat till lightly boiling.
7. Reduce heat to medium/low and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Makes roughly 12 1/2 cup servings.
