Almost Gluten free Cornbread

Ingredients
1 cup of Arrowhead Mills Organic Spelt Flour 2 cups of Corn Meal, Plain, Enriched, White, Self Rising2 cup of Great Value light vanilla soymilk3 tbsp of Extra Light Olive Oil
Directions
Makes 6 servings
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl then add soymilk and oil and mix well. Spray oil in bottom of small cast iron skillet and add mixture bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until tooth pick comes out dry.
