Mango Protein Shake

Ingredients
1 C. 1% Milk1/2 C. Mangos2 tsp sugar1 fresh eggDash Cinnemon
Directions
Use frozen mangos or add ice to blender to make the shake frothy. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend on the highest setting for 15-30 seconds depending on your blender. Serve immediately, but it will keep for a day in the frig.
