Ingredients
2 summer squash2 zucchini1 sweet red pepper1 onion1 tbsp olive oilsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Thinly slice 1/2 onion - saute' in olive oil until soft.
Slice equal amounts of squash, zucchini and red pepper.
Add to onion and continue to saute' until squash is cooked al dente.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
