White Meat Ground Turkey Meat Sauce

Ingredients
Ground Turkey, 2 unit, yield from 1 lb rawTomato Sauce, 3.25 cupTomato Paste, 2 can (6 oz)Beef Broth, 3 cupItalian Seasoning, 2 tbspBasil, 2 tbspOregano, 2 tbspOnion powder, 2 tbspGarlic, 3 tspSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Heat saute pan on high. Add Ground Turkey, season with salt and pepper, add garlic after turkey starts to brown. Once cooked through, add Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, onion powder and 2 cup beef broth. Cook until broth reduces by half. Add tomato paste and mix together with ground turkey. Continue to cook on high for 5 to 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce and remaining (1 cup) beef broth. Cover and simmer on low for 1/2 hour or more (longer the better).
