Broiled Whiting in Basil and Garlic

8 - Fillets of Whiting or fish of your choice1 tbsp - Olive Oil1 tbsp - Butter1/4 tbsp - Basil 1/2 tsp - Pepper1 tsp - Season Salt2 tsp - Garlic1/2 tsp Old Bay
Mix olive oil, butter, basil, pepper, season salt, garlic and old bay in a bowl. Set aside.
Place whiting in broiler for 5 minutes; flip and leave in for an additional 5 minutes.
Take whiting out of broiler, but leave on broiler sheet, and baste with basil and garlic mixture.
Return to broiler for 10 minutes or until pieces flake off when tapped with a fork.
Do not over cook fish.
