1 cup olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1.5 TBS chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, 1 tsp sugar, salt and fresh ground pepper, 1/2 cup white wine vinegar or you could substitute 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1/2 red wine vinegar.
