Creamed Tuna with Peas

1/4 Cup Butter (salted)1/4 Cup Flour (all purpose)1 1/2 Cup Milk (2%)1/2 Can Tuna, (Chunk Light)1/4 Cup Peas (drained)1/4 Tsp Pepper (table grind)1/2 Tsp Salt1/4 Tsp Thyme
Melt Butter over Medium heat
Mix in Flour
Gradually add Milk until creamy consistency and bring to boil
Add both Tuna and Peas (both drained)
Season with Salt, Pepper, and Thyme
Serve over Rice or Buttered Bread.
