Balsamic Dijon Chicken

Ingredients
Directions
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar4 t dijon mustard1/2 T dried rosemary1 clove garlic2 lbs boneless chicken breasts1 T cornstarch
Combine all ingredients except for the cornstarch and marinade for 30 minutes to an hour. Bake in a 375F oven until done, basting every 5-10 minutes, around 25-30 minutes.
when done, remove chicken and place liquid in a pan and whisk in cornstarch in a slurry and boil for a minute then pour over chicken.
SERVING IS A HEAPING TABLESPOON OF SAUCE AND 4oz OF CHICKEN
