Shelly"s turkey breakfast burrito

Ingredients
4 slices turkey bacon cut up red sweet pepper 1/2 c dicedonion 1 c diced 4 corn tortillamushrooms 1 c diced1 T olive oil3 eggsgrated cheese 1/4 c2 T water
Directions
cut up bacon in bite size pieces; put olive oil in pan add bacon and vegetables and sautee till done. mix eggs in a bowl and add the water whip till mixed good then add to pan. cook till eggs done then take off heat and add cheese. You can season with whatever you like. I like to add garlic , seasoning salt and pepper. also I sprinkle just a shake of crushed red pepper. I heat the corn tortilla's on the side and add your egg mixture then serve. can out salsa on if desires. makes 3 1/2 c servings
